Since 2015, Business Klinic has been supporting small business owners on their entrepreneurial journey. The services provided is a subset of that which is done by the parent firm, Arambankudyil Consultancy Private Limited. These services have been modified to suit the convenient approach and implementation techniques for small businesses. All of the consultants that provide services under Business Klinic are also engaged with the parent firm. This cross-pollination of work environments, i.e. large corporates vs. small businesses, helps our consultants develop a range of tools and techniques that can be suited to small businesses. The cross-pollination also helps distill the very best in small packages for our small business owners. In 2018, we started our pure online services, which helped with further reducing our consulting costs, while retaining the impact we create within a small business. The COVID pandemic in 2020 brought a complete shift “online only” mode of consulting delivery. In 2023, we are further strengthening our online model to understand our clients better and faster.
